TNEM™ is a curated entrepreneur networking platform designed for structured professional interaction.
TNEM™ is NOT:
- A job placement service
- An investment advisory platform
- A guaranteed business opportunity
- A sales marketplace
- Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
- Eligibility
Participation is limited to entrepreneurs, MSMEs, startups, professionals, and decision-makers.
TNEM™ reserves the right to approve, reject, or cancel registrations without assigning reasons to protect platform integrity.
- Registration & Payment Terms
4.1 Registration is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
4.2 Payments are processed via third-party gateways.
4.3 TNEM™ does not store financial details.
4.4 Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.
Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting TNEM™ first.
Improper disputes may result in termination of participation.
- Pricing & Early-Bird Terms
- Early-Bird benefits apply only to confirmed eligible participants.
- Early-Bird privileges are non-transferable.
- Misuse results in forfeiture without refund.
- Code of Conduct Compliance
All participants must comply with the Code of Conduct.
Violations including aggressive selling, harassment, data misuse, or disruption may result in:
- Immediate removal
- Cancellation without refund
- Restriction from future editions
TNEM™ decisions are final.
- Non-Sales & Ethical Networking Clause
TNEM™ is not a sales-driven event.
Participants agree:
- Not to engage in unsolicited pitching
- Not to scrape or mass-market participant data
- Not to force contact exchange
Violation may trigger legal and civil action.
- Privacy & Data Protection
Participant data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Participants:
- May not use shared contact details for bulk marketing
- Must obtain consent before CRM storage
- Must respect opt-out requests
Data misuse may result in termination and legal action.
- Recording & Media Consent
TNEM™ may record events for documentation and promotion.
Participants:
- Consent to lawful usage of event visuals
- May not record sessions without permission
- Intellectual Property
All TNEM™ content, format, logos, trademarks, and event structure are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
- Event Modifications
TNEM™ may modify:
- Agenda
- Venue
- Speaker line-up
- Date or format
Such changes do not automatically entitle refunds.
- Refund & Cancellation
Refunds and transfers are governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Standard rule: Non-refundable.
No refunds for:
- No-shows
- Conduct violations
- Early-Bird forfeiture
- Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge inherent risks related to travel, health, public interaction, and venue environments.
TNEM™ shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Theft or loss
- Damage to personal property
Participation is at own risk.
- No Guarantee of Outcomes
TNEM™ does not guarantee:
- Revenue
- Leads
- Partnerships
- Funding
- Commercial success
All business decisions remain the participant’s responsibility.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Total liability of TNEM™ and Occasionz Events shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the participant.
TNEM™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages.
- Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNEM™ and Occasionz Events against claims arising from:
- Their conduct
- Data misuse
- Legal violations
- Intellectual property infringement
- Regulatory non-compliance
- Defamation & Reputation Clause
Participants shall not publish defamatory or misleading statements regarding TNEM™, its team, sponsors, or participants.
Concerns must first be escalated privately.
Legal remedies may be pursued for reputational harm.
- Cybersecurity & Platform Misuse
Participants may not:
- Attempt hacking
- Scrape website data
- Reverse-engineer digital systems
- Interfere with online infrastructure
Violations may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
- Sponsor & Partner Conduct
Sponsors must comply with:
- Non-sales policy
- Data protection rules
- Branding limitations
TNEM™ may terminate sponsorship without refund for violations.
- No Agency or Partnership
Participation does not create:
- Partnership
- Employment
- Agency
- Joint venture
Between TNEM™ and participants.
- Force Majeure
TNEM™ shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to:
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Public emergencies
- Venue closures
Registrations may be rescheduled or credited.
- Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration under Indian Arbitration law in Mumbai.
Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between TNEM™ and participants and supersede prior communications.
- Amendments
TNEM™ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.
