CORPORATE SPONSOR & PARTNER TERMS
The Neighborhood Entrepreneur Meet™ (TNEM™)

- Introduction
This Sponsor & Partner Addendum governs the participation of corporate sponsors, exhibitors, strategic partners, venue partners, media partners, and promotional partners associated with TNEM™ events.
This Addendum must be read in conjunction with the following TNEM™ governing documents:
- Terms & Conditions
- Code of Conduct
- Privacy Policy
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Legal Disclaimer
In case of any conflict, the TNEM™ Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
- Nature of Sponsorship
Sponsorship participation in TNEM™ provides opportunities for:
- Brand visibility
- Community engagement
- Industry positioning
- Professional networking
TNEM™ sponsorship does not guarantee:
- Sales conversions
- Lead generation
- Business deals
- Revenue outcomes
Sponsors acknowledge that TNEM™ is a networking ecosystem, not a sales platform.
- Scope of Sponsorship Deliverables
Sponsor deliverables are limited to those explicitly documented in the Sponsorship Agreement or Proposal.
Deliverables may include:
- Logo placement
- Event branding
- Exhibition booth space
- Speaking opportunities (if applicable)
- Promotional visibility
Any benefit not stated in writing shall not be considered binding.
- Brand Usage & Logo Permissions
Sponsors grant TNEM™ permission to use their:
- Brand name
- Logo
- Approved marketing assets
for promotional communication related to TNEM™ events.
Sponsors must ensure that all submitted branding materials:
- Are legally owned by them
- Do not infringe third-party rights
TNEM™ branding and trademarks may not be used by sponsors without written permission.
- Ethical Engagement & Non-Sales Policy
Sponsors must respect the TNEM™ networking philosophy.
Sponsors shall not:
- Engage in aggressive selling
- Force promotional pitches
- Collect participant data without consent
- Conduct unsolicited marketing during events
Sponsors may interact with participants only through respectful, consent-based conversations.
Violation may result in:
- Removal of sponsor privileges
- Termination of sponsorship
- No refund of sponsorship fee
- Data Protection & Participant Privacy
Sponsors shall comply with the TNEM™ Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Sponsors may not:
- Collect participant data without consent
- Add participants to mailing lists without approval
- Use TNEM™ networking data for mass marketing
Any authorised data shared must be used only for the intended purpose.
Misuse of participant data may result in legal action.
- Sponsor Content & Promotional Material
Sponsors must ensure that all promotional material:
- Is accurate and lawful
- Does not mislead participants
- Complies with advertising regulations
TNEM™ reserves the right to reject or remove any material deemed inappropriate or misleading.
- Payment Terms
Sponsorship fees shall be payable according to the invoice or agreement issued by TNEM™ / Occasionz Events.
Payments once received are non-refundable, except in cases where TNEM™ cancels the event entirely.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Withdrawal of sponsor benefits
- Removal from event branding or marketing communication
- Event Changes
TNEM™ reserves the right to modify:
- Event format
- Agenda
- Venue
- Speaker lineup
- Event schedule
Such changes do not constitute breach of agreement.
Sponsorship benefits will be delivered to the extent reasonably possible.
- Event Cancellation
If TNEM™ cancels an event due to operational reasons:
Sponsors may receive either:
- Credit towards a future TNEM™ event, or
- Refund of sponsorship fee (excluding administrative expenses)
The decision shall be determined by TNEM™.
- Force Majeure
TNEM™ shall not be liable for delays, cancellation, or modification of events due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Venue disruptions
In such cases, sponsorship benefits may be rescheduled or credited for future editions.
- Intellectual Property
Sponsors must respect the intellectual property of TNEM™, including:
- Event formats
- Branding elements
- Content and presentations
Sponsors may not reproduce or commercially exploit TNEM™ content without written approval.
- Indemnity
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNEM™ and Occasionz Events against claims arising from:
- Misleading advertisements
- Intellectual property infringement
- Regulatory violations
- Data misuse
- Limitation of Liability
TNEM™ and Occasionz Events shall not be liable for:
- Sponsor business losses
- Failure to achieve expected marketing outcomes
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the sponsorship fee paid.
- Termination of Sponsorship
TNEM™ reserves the right to terminate sponsorship participation if a sponsor:
- Violates the Code of Conduct
- Engages in unethical practices
- Misuses participant data
- Damages the reputation of TNEM™
No refunds shall be issued in such cases.
- Governing Law &Jurisdiction
This Addendum shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in:
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

This Addendum forms part of the TNEM™ Terms & Conditions.
Sponsors acknowledge that participation also requires compliance with:
- Code of Conduct
- Privacy Policy
- Legal Disclaimer
- Refund Policy
