  • Replacement participant meets TNEM™ eligibility criteria
  • Transfer does not violate Early-Bird or special access rules

Transfer requests must be submitted via: info@tnem.in

  • Early-Bird benefits are non-refundable & non-transferable
  • Early-Bird privileges are subject to:
  • Timely presence
  • Adherence to Code of Conduct
  • Respect of time and format

Any misuse or violation results in forfeiture of Early-Bird benefits without refund.

7.No-Show Policy

  • Absence without prior notice is treated as a no-show
  • No refund, credit, or transfer will be allowed

This ensures fairness to waitlisted or eligible entrepreneurs.

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Registrations are automatically carried forward
  • Refunds are not processed via payment gateway
  • Credits may be issued at TNEM™’s discretion

  • Events beyond organisational control

Registrations may be rescheduled or credited.

  • May result in:
  • Immediate cancellation of participation
  • Blacklisting from future TNEM™ editions

Participants must communicate in good faith.
